#6.  Car-free and Carefree!

That’s right…no cars!  Folks get around on electric golf carts, ride bikes, and walk to all the island amenities.  A few maintenance vehicles deliver groceries and packages to homes, pick up trash and recycling and plow roads in winter, but mostly it is a stop-and-notice kind of quiet, kid friendly and pollution free, island community.  You have to see it and hear it (or not!) to believe it!
